GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE WEBINAR

Provide bank managers and executives with the tools and means to fully assume their responsibilities in corporate governance and risk management in a specific context relating to the COVID-19 health crisis.

By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  2. Evolution of Counterparty Risk for West African banks;
  3. Evolution of Operational Risk (including Risks related to the Information System) for West African banks;
  4. Actions to be implemented to adapt the governance and risk management of West African banks;
  5. Tools to be put in place for an optimization of governance and a perfect control of risks in a context of crisis.
