Online Registration for the CESAG Entrance Examination
Welcome to the online registration platform for the CESAG entrance examination, 2026 session. The steps below will guide you through the entire process from start to finish.
Accessing the Platform

Two options are available:
- Create an account (new applicant)
- Log in (applicants who already have an account)
Creating an Account
- Click on Create an account.
- Enter your email address and create a secure password.
- Complete the captcha and click on Register.
Choosing Your Program
After logging in, access the Program Catalog. Browse the list and select your program (on-campus or online).
Completing the Application Form
The application form includes several sections:
- Personal Information: last name, first name, email, marital status, etc.
- Emergency Contact Details: person to contact.
- Academic Background: most recent diploma, institution, year, GPA.
- Permanent Address.
Uploading the Required Documents
- Passport-size photograph (JPEG, PNG, JPG)
- Birth certificate extract or passport (PDF)
- Academic transcripts (PDF or image)
- Certified diplomas
- Curriculum Vitae (PDF)
- Cover letter / Statement of purpose
Tip: Combine multiple transcripts into a single PDF file, arranged in chronological order.
Review and Submission
Carefully review the information provided, check the declaration box, apply your electronic signature, and then click on Submit Application.
Payment of Registration Fees
- Make the payment at a bank.
- Upload the receipt (PDF or image).
- Submit the proof of payment on the platform.
- The application status will be updated after validation.
Application Tracking
On your dashboard, a green indicator will appear for each validated step (submission, payment, document verification, etc.).
Login and Password Recovery
- Log in at any time to track your application.
- If you forget your password, use the Password Recovery option.
