Prof. Rosaline Dado WOROU HOUNDEKON

Together, they strengthened governance, modernized academic programs, enhanced institutional expertise, and enabled CESAG to assert its status as a leading graduate school of reference within the region.

Message from the Managing Director

Dear learners,
Dear students,
Partners and friends of CESAG,
CESAG is entering a new phase in its development, driven by a strong ambition: to make a decisive contribution to the transformation of African human capital and to the strengthening of the performance of public and private organizations across the continent. Through the Strategic Plan “New Horizons 2025–2029”, we have embarked on a path of excellence, innovation, and sustainability to better address the economic, social, and technological challenges facing Africa.

Guided by the values of excellence, boldness, ethics, integration, and sustainability, we are strengthening the alignment of our training programs, research activities, and community services with international standards. Our ambition is clear: to make CESAG not only a leading graduate school within the WAEMU area, but also a major and influential player in the African ecosystem of education, innovation, and expertise.

The recent institutional reorganization, carried out in accordance with Decision No. 007‑03‑2026, has provided us with a modern, agile, and high‑performance framework. It enables us to better meet quality requirements, ensure transparent governance, and strengthen our capacity to adapt in an environment of constant change.

I would like to commend the commitment of our teams, the trust of our partners, and the determination of our learners and alumni. Together, we are building a strong, inclusive institution resolutely oriented toward the future—an institution capable of training African leaders and experts ready to meet the challenges of their time and to carry forward the vision of an ambitious, innovative, and united continent. Welcome to CESAG,

where the African human capital of tomorrow is being shaped.
Prof. Rosaline Dado

Institutional Reports

CESAG regularly produces institutional reports intended to account for the implementation of its missions, the performance of its activities, and the transparency of its management. These reports constitute an essential accountability tool vis‑à‑vis the BCEAO, the UEMOA Member States, technical and financial partners, as well as all stakeholders.

They notably include:
Annual management reports
Quality reports
Financial reports
Monitoring and evaluation reports

These documents illustrate CESAG’s commitment to good governance, performance, and accountability, in line with the orientations of its “New Horizons” Strategic Plan 2025–2029.
