Governance

CESAG’s governance is based on a modernized institutional framework designed to ensure efficiency, transparency, and service quality. Placed under the supervision of the BCEAO, the Center is led by a General Management team responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing all academic and administrative structures.

This governance framework is supported by a General Secretariat in charge of institutional coordination and the monitoring of decisions, as well as several Technical Directorates covering academic programs, research and innovation, international relations, administration, and financial management.

Advisory bodies such as the Management Committee, the Academic Committee, and the Budget and Treasury Committee contribute to the quality of decision‑making, while various specialized units (quality assurance, human capital, communication, information systems, etc.) support operational performance.
