Projects Unit (SP)

The Projects Unit (SP) oversees all strategic projects with regional and international scope. It is responsible for the design, planning, coordination, and monitoring & evaluation of institutional projects, in collaboration with CESAG’s partners.

Its missions include:

the development of academic and institutional projects,

the operational and administrative management of funded projects,

monitoring and evaluation, and the preparation of implementation reports,

the mobilization of external resources,

the supervision of major international projects,

coordination with technical and financial partners.

The Projects Unit is headed by:

• Head of the Projects Unit: Amos MENARD — Also serving as Deputy Coordinator of the CLEAR Project
