First Session of the 2026 Entrance Examination

Registration for the CESAG entrance examination for the first session will be carried out via the platform until Wednesday, May 20, 2026, for the first session.

The entrance examinations will take place on the following dates:

First session:

• Saturday, May 23, 2026
• Jury deliberation: Thursday, May 28, 2026

Application Procedures for Programs

For the 2026–2027 academic session, an entrance examination is organized for all programs. For each program, specific admission requirements are established.

Admission Requirements for CESAG Programs

Overall, four categories of criteria are established for admission into CESAG programs as follows:

• Admission to the First Year (Bachelor’s degree)
• Admission to the Third Year (Special Bachelor’s degree)
• Admission to Master’s programs
• Admission to On-campus or Online MBA programs

NB: Submission of proof of recognition or accreditation of obtained diplomas is required if they were issued by a private institution.

Modes of Admission into CESAG Programs

For the 2025 session, admission into CESAG programs will be conducted through two pathways: competitive entrance examination or application file review.

To apply, interested candidates must upload the following documents onto the platform:

• An online application file to be completed;
• A certified true copy (by an authorized authority) of all obtained diplomas, including the BACCALAUREATE;
• A recent passport-size photograph to be uploaded to the platform;
• An original birth certificate extract;
• Copies of transcripts and report cards:
  • For applicants to Bachelor’s programs, certified true copies of academic transcripts from the second year of secondary school to the final year;
  • For applicants to third-year Bachelor’s programs, certified true copies of transcripts from the two undergraduate years and the BAC+2 diploma;
  • For applicants to Master’s programs, certified true copies of the Bachelor’s degree validation certificate (or equivalent);
  • For applicants to MBA programs, certified true copies of the Bachelor’s degree validation certificate and a BAC+4 degree (or equivalent), or a certificate confirming completion of a BAC+4 degree;
• A certificate of employment for programs requiring professional experience (MBF, MBA, 3rd Year LPG SME-SMI, etc.);
• Application processing fee: 25,000 FCFA (or 39 euros)

Payment Methods

Please settle the application processing fees and entrance examination participation fees, amounting to 25,000 FCFA, exclusively through the payment channels officially indicated by CESAG and currently available. CESAG will not recognize any payment made outside the approved channels. Payments may be made at an ECOBANK branch in your country (specifying that the account is held with ECOBANK Senegal — see address in the RIB). Be sure to use all 24 characters when entering the bank account number and include the SWIFT code.
