Academic Affairs
CESAG’s Academic Affairs Office manages students’ administrative records throughout their academic journey, from enrollment to graduation.
It supports students in their administrative procedures and ensures academic and regulatory compliance throughout their studies.
It is responsible for:
student enrollments and re‑enrollments,
administrative follow‑up of student records,
issuing academic documents (certificates, transcripts, attestations),
management of examinations and deliberations,
updating academic records,
coordination with academic departments and teaching directorates.
The Academic Affairs Office also ensures compliance with the 2026/2027 Financial Regulations, which stipulate in particular:
- a minimum payment of 50% of tuition fees plus accident insurance (FCFA 5,000) to validate enrollment,
- payment in three installments;
- 50% before October 1, 2026,
- 25% before December 31, 2026,
- 25% before March 31, 2027,
- no enrollment is validated without proof of medical coverage,
- late payment results in suspension of access to classes,
- students sponsored by an organization must provide an official sponsorship letter before the deadlines,
- bank transfers must include: name, program, pro‑forma reference, and phone number.
