Directorate of Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (DRIE)
The Directorate of Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (DRIE) is mandated to strengthen applied research, stimulate innovation, and promote entrepreneurship within CESAG. It plays a central role in the development of home‑grown solutions for Africa by supporting scientific output, fostering innovative projects, and building a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The DRIE structures and coordinates:
academic and applied research activities;
initiatives in pedagogical and technological innovation;
student and professional entrepreneurship programs;
scientific publishing, dissemination, and knowledge valorization mechanisms;
intellectual partnerships and academic collaborations.
It supports faculty researchers, doctoral candidates, entrepreneurs, and partner organizations by providing tools, resources, and supervision aligned with international standards.
The DRIE is fully aligned with the CESAG Strategic Plan and contributes to positioning CESAG as a center of excellence in management sciences and innovation across the African continent.
The DRIE also oversees the coordination of research projects, scientific writing, the organization of conferences, and the management of cross‑cutting initiatives such as future skills programs, think tanks, and creative activities.
